A Managed AI Experience? There’s A New Service For The Midmarket For That
Blue Mantis’ latest offering includes several core services covering each overall step of AI adoption.
For IT leaders finding it tricky to navigate the AI adoption journey from visualization to actualization, they are not alone.
A recent survey conducted by MES Computing in collaboration with research firm Gartner, looked at the current state of midmarket IT. The survey results found that top AI challenges for IT leaders include integrating it into existing processes and legacy technology and figuring out how to ensure their organization’s data is AI-ready.

Blue Mantis, an IT services provider, on Monday launched a new lineup of services designed to assist midmarket organizations with their AI adoption journey.
The new offering – the AI Readiness & Enablement portfolio—provides assistance throughout an entire AI adoption cycle, Blue Mantis said in a news release.

Through the new portfolio, Blue Mantis is offering midsized customers a sort of managed AI implementation experience. The portfolio includes several core services covering each overall step of AI adoption:
- AI Strategy & Vision Awareness: For the initial planning stages of an AI project, creating strategy and gauging an organization’s preparedness for AI adoption
- AI Use Case Development: To create AI use cases that maximize value
- AI Readiness & Data Foundation Assessment: To ensure all the foundational requirements are met for data infrastructure, governance, and quality
With its AI Readiness & Enablement Portfolio, Blue Mantis aims to guide organizations “through a structured assess, modernize, manage, and secure framework,” the company said in its news release.
The new offering is ideal for midmarket organizations as they “lack the expertise and resources to effectively seize their potential,” said Jeff Cratty, VP of cloud and innovation, Blue Mantis, in a statement.

Blue Mantis underscored its focus on delivering its services to the midmarket when it recently announced Blue Mantis Protect, a new managed cybersecurity service for midsized businesses.
Blue Mantis Protect was built to meet the “specific requirements” of midmarket organizations, Blue Mantis CEO Josh Dinneen said in a statement.
The announcement comes as recent reports show that the midmarket continues to move AI up the priority list
“With this portfolio, Blue Mantis brings the strategy, security, and execution customers require to move from uncertainty to transformation by meeting customers wherever they are and accelerating their path to AI readiness,” Cratty added.
