Absolute Security Adds To Arsenal With New ConnectWise Integration As AI Ramps Up Cyberthreats

The integration will enhance MSPs’ security solutions, the company says.

Absolute Security, which provides a security platform for MSPs, Thursday unveiled its newly certified integration with ConnectWise RMM on the ConnectWise Asio platform.

With the integration, Absolute Security has access to ConnectWise’s marketplace of third-party integrations that can enhance MSPs’ security solutions.

The move comes amid growing concerns of AI creating new threats at an unprecedented rate. Alarms have also been raised about “Q Day,” when bad actors will be able to use quantum computing to hack encrypted data.

Phishing attacks alone rose 1,265 percent, driven by the growth of GenAI, according to a July 2025 report from SentinelOne.

With the integration, MSPs will have access to several new capabilities, Absolute Security said in a news release. These include:

“Absolute Security helps global enterprises achieve the level of resilience needed to thrive in today’s digital business environment,” said Cherlyn Chin, senior vice president of business development at Absolute Security, in a news release. “We are excited to partner with ConnectWise, as our MSP partners are essential to our ability to deliver our leading solutions on a global scale.”

A recent report from Barracuda reveals that more organizations are seeking the services of MSPs or MSSPs as the cyberthreat landscape continues to evolve at breakneck speed and becomes more complex.

Eighty-five percent of organizations with 1,000 to 2,000 employees rely on MSPs for their security needs, according to the report.
