Introducing MES’ 2025 Midmarket Marvels Honorees

MES’ inaugural Midmarket Marvels list recognizes midmarket IT leaders who have demonstrated exemplary leadership in a fast-changing, often frenetic, tech world.

From senior tech positions at organizations that range from colleges to utility companies, MES is proud to present its inaugural list of outstanding tech leaders in the midmarket sector.

This distinguished list includes Sireesha Chilakamarri, the CTO at AdMedia. Chilakamarri also was a former director of engineering who set the stage for her ascension to CTO by building a global, 60-member engineering team.

Blaine Carter serves not only as global CIO at FranklinCovey, a prestigious global consulting and training firm, but does double duty as the firm’s data protection officer, leading the company’s compliance, security and privacy strategies.

Sarfraz Shaikh is the CIO and chief security officer for ONEMESA, a North American midmarket leader in manufacturing and services for the oil and gas industries. Among Shaikh’s accomplishments is spearheading a project to streamline Salesforce into a unified platform across four business units, replacing siloed tools and processes with one system of record. He also is a member of the MES IT Leadership Network advisory board, and a speaker at MES events.

Demetrius Dillard is the vice president of information systems and technology at Aspire Indiana Health. In his role, Dillard leads a multi-disciplinary team that successfully integrated advanced technology with streamlined human workflows across the entire organization. He also mentors aspiring tech leaders.
