We’ve Created World’s 1st AI Agent Testing Platform: LambdaTest

Until now there has been no standardized way to test agents, the company said.

LambdaTest, a company that provides AI-native testing solutions, recently announced that it has launched “the world’s first platform designed to validate and assess AI agents.”

Enterprises are increasingly embracing agentic AI. A May 2025 survey of 300 business executives conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers found that 88 percent had “plans to increase AI-related budgets in the next 12 months due to agentic AI.” Seventy-nine percent said they have already adopted AI agents, moreover, two-thirds of them said that AI agents were already “delivering measurable value through increased productivity.”

The problem with this uptick in agentic AI adoption is that organizations have no standardized means of testing these agents, LambdaTest said in a news release.

“These agents interact with users and systems in ways that are dynamic and unpredictable, making it hard to ensure their reliability and performance. Traditional testing methods fall short when the system under test is inherently unpredictable,” according to LambdaTest.

LambdaTest’s new Agent-To-Agent Testing platform is designed to validate chat and voice AI agents. The platform test metrics including bias, completeness, and hallucinations. It also includes 15 AI testing agents that can test security, compliance and other features that could impact an agent’s performance.

"Every AI agent you deploy is unique, and that’s both its greatest strength and its biggest risk! As AI applications become more complex, traditional testing approaches simply can't keep up with the dynamic nature of AI agents," said Asad Khan, CEO and co-founder, LambdaTest, in a news release. "Our Agent-to-Agent Testing platform thinks like a real user, generating smart, context-aware test scenarios that mimic real-world situations your AI might struggle with. Each test comes with clear validation checkpoints and the responses we’d expect to see.”

With the testing platform, organizations could see faster agent testing and evaluation, a reduction in time between testing and iteration, and a reduced reliance on manual Q&A tasks, LambdaTest said.

The new solution is designed for organizations of all sizes.

“The product can be used irrespective of the size of the organization, if they have an AI application. They can upload the existing req[uired] documents in different formats and [the] system will generate relevant test scenarios. It helps increase test coverage, faster test creation, and faster testing cycles,” LambdaTest said in an emailed statement to MES Computing.
