3 Recent Agentic AI Announcements Midmarket IT Should Know

Here are three recent announcements from agentic AI providers that target the midmarket.

Agentic AI is considered a top technology for businesses to reach their IT automation and business transformation goals.

Research firm Gartner’s 2024 “The State of The Midmarket Report,” found modernization is one of the top concerns of midmarket IT leaders.

The pace to modernize has been accelerated by agentic AI, which can automate many traditional business processes.

According to the 2025 Connectivity Benchmark Report by MuleSoft and Deloitte Digital, 93 percent of IT leaders report intentions to introduce autonomous AI agents within the next two years, and nearly half have already done so.

The midmarket, in particular, can benefit from agentic AI. Agent-based AI can provide midmarket organizations with the same complex technology and capabilities that have typically only been available to large enterprises, several AI vendors and experts told MES Computing this year.

Midmarket IT leaders should be up on the latest news and advancements with agentic AI. Here are three recent announcements from agentic AI providers that target the midmarket.
