Microsoft had some newsworthy announcements. The software giant released the latest preview build of Windows 11 (fixing some bugs reported by early testers and adding some new capabilities since the last build).  

Microsoft Chairman and CEO Satya Nadella took to X to announce a multiyear, artificial intelligence partnership with The Coca-Cola Company.  

And Microsoft also announced its release of its miniaturized artificial intelligence model, the Phi-3 Mini.  

Politics and Tech 

Politics and technology are increasingly becoming intertwined, and this week's news included that often strange and strained relationship.  

Apple pulled two messaging apps from its App Store, following the orders of the Chinese government. Here's why.
